Data collected: name, phone/WhatsApp number, plan of interest, date and any arrival and departure times entered in the form.

Website statistics (only with consent): if you accept, we record anonymous events such as pages viewed, buttons pressed, plan chosen, form started and sent. We use a random session code that expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. We do not record the text you type in the form or the assistant, nor your IP address, and we do not link these events to your request. Events older than 180 days are deleted automatically by a daily clean-up (so they may remain for about one extra day at most). You can decline or change your mind at any time from the «Statistics preferences» link at the bottom of the page; the request form works either way. We also count, without personal data, how many requests the assistant passes to staff.

Website assistant: questions typed into the assistant are processed by an artificial intelligence service to generate the answer and are not stored on the website. If you leave your name and phone number, these and a summary of your request are sent to staff via Telegram so they can contact you.

Waiting list: if a plan is full you can apply by giving your name, phone/WhatsApp, plan and, optionally, your preferred period. We use this data only to contact you if a place becomes free; we do not send marketing messages or automatic alerts. Staff receive a notice of your application via Telegram. Applying does not guarantee a place or waiting time.

Purpose: to contact you to check service availability or arrange the requested appointment. Legal basis: consent and pre-contractual measures (art. 6 GDPR).

Retention: data is kept for as long as needed to handle the request and in any case no longer than 24 months.

Recipients: data is not passed to third parties for commercial purposes; it is processed only by Vita Coworking staff and by the technical providers needed to run the website: the platform hosting the website and database (Lovable), the Telegram messaging service for staff notices and, for the assistant only, the artificial intelligence model provider reached through Lovable.

Map and fonts: the website fonts are hosted on our own server. The OpenStreetMap map only loads if you press «Show the map»: from then on your browser connects to OpenStreetMap servers.

Your rights: you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, object to processing or withdraw consent at any time (arts. 15–22 GDPR) by writing to vitacoworking@vitalicasrl.it. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
