What is included in the €80 desk?
A desk assigned only to you, 24/7 access with your own keys, ultra-fast fibre, air conditioning, coffee and a break area. The price includes VAT and there are no setup fees.
Is there a deposit?
Yes, there is a €20 deposit for the desk keys. It is returned when you give the keys back, unless there is damage.
How does the desk contract work?
It is monthly and renews automatically. If you don't want to renew, let us know at least 7 days before the end of the month.
How long is a private office contract?
Offices are rented for 3 months and renew quarterly. To cancel, give at least 30 days' notice before the end of the current quarter.
How do I get a business address?
First we get to know you: after an initial period in which we collect information about you or your business, the owner authorises the business address.
How do I start a monthly plan?
Book a visit on the website: come and see the space, choose your desk or office and sign the contract with our staff.
How does the Day Pass work?
Choose the day (Mon–Fri, 9:00–17:00) and send the request. Our staff confirms availability and tells you how to pay the €25 in advance.
Can I cancel a Day Pass or the meeting room?
Yes: if you cancel by the day before, you get a full refund. On the day itself the payment is not refundable.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes. Prices include VAT and the invoice is issued by Vitalica S.r.l.
Are the private offices furnished?
Yes. Private offices start from €400/month, fully furnished with all comforts and 24/7 access.
