Terms of service

The main rules, explained simply.

This English text is a translation provided for convenience. In case of doubt, the Italian version prevails.

Who provides the service

  • Vita Coworking is a service of Vitalica S.r.l., registered office Via Santa Fortunata 9, 57123 Livorno, Italy, VAT and tax code 01972710493, REA LI-218368, PEC vitalicasrls@pec.it.
  • The space is at Corso Amedeo 61, Livorno. All prices include VAT and the invoice is issued by Vitalica S.r.l.

Nature of the service

  • Desks and offices are granted for use within a coworking space: the client uses the assigned desk or office and the shared areas together with other guests, according to the rules of the space.
  • The contract is signed in person with our staff, after visiting the space.

Dedicated desk (€80/month)

  • Monthly contract that renews automatically month by month.
  • To stop the renewal, the client must give notice at least 7 days before the end of the current month.
  • A €20 deposit is required when the keys are handed over, returned when the keys are given back unless there is damage.

Private offices (from €400/month)

  • Duration of 3 months, renewing for a further quarter.
  • Cancellation must be given at least 30 days before the end of the current quarter.

Business address (€50/month)

  • The business address is not activated automatically: the owner authorises it only after an initial period of getting to know the client and collecting the necessary information.
  • Vitalica S.r.l. may refuse the business address if the information collected is not sufficient.

Day Pass and meeting room

  • You send an availability request from the website; the booking is valid only after staff confirmation.
  • If you cancel by the day before, you get a full refund. On the day itself the payment is not refundable.

Payments, refunds and damage

  • Monthly and quarterly fees are paid in advance and are not refundable, even if the period is only partly used.
  • The client is liable for damage caused to items, furniture and equipment inside the coworking; the amount may be deducted from the deposit.
